If not moved within a week to 10 days, letter will be sent. One shed owner has responded shed will be removed. Will check to see if other shed has been removed and if not, final notice will be sent. Unauthorized addition to home will be removed and property should be cleaned up.

  5. New Business: Discussion was held on possible changes to meetings. Discussed as:
    • possibly moving meeting to 2nd Tuesday of month;
    • changing number of times per year meetings are held (currently by-laws state 10 per year, but could be changed;
    • incentives for attending meetings;
    • moving National Night Out neighborhood party to a date in the fall. Tulsa has started having their neighborhood parties in the spring and, although we would no longer be tied to National Night Out we could still have police and possibly fire personnel invited to party. All these suggestions will be discussed further before any vote on changes will be made - probably at the annual meeting in September.
  6. Marion Dyer moved to adjourn the meeting, Victor Metcalf seconded, and meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:30 pm.
  7. Next meeting will be Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at either the pond or playground.
