Meeting Minutes
July 3rd, 2007

Time: 7:00 PM
- Meeting called to order at 7:00 by President, Linda Dyer.
- Linda reported 1 covenant violation (inoperative car in driveway). Marion Dyer reported small claims actions has been filed on 7 homeowners with unpaid dues over $300.00. Web site was not updated during the month of June. Linda will check on this.
- THANKS TO JOYCE AND TONY HODGES FOR PUTTING OUT FLAGS AT EACH RESIDENCE AND ENTRANCE.
- Jim Weir, Acting Vice President, reported the playground would be wired for electricity before National Night Out. AEP charge for 2 outlets on either end will be $321.00. Two bids have been sought from electricians to repair security light at playground and lights at entrance. Pond sprayed for growth and is clearing up.
- Treasurer, Jim Weir, reported $1,674.68 in checking, $20,421.68 in money market. Outstanding dues remain at $14,158.57. Bills paid last month: Tru Green, $252.00; Wendland Nursery, $75.00; City of BA, $18.21; and AEP, 40.04.
- Linda Dyer, acting secretary, presented June 5 minutes and they were approved.
- Tim Mather, Beautification chairman, reported June Yard of the Month winner is home of Bob and Vicky Eva.
- Joyce Hodges, Neighborhood Relations chair, reported all welcome packets are current.
- Old Business:
- National Night Out will be August 7. Jim asked for volunteers to help.
- Linda reported first contact has been made with the City of Broken Arrow on Possibility of connecting with Linear Park. Talks will continue.
- Completion of a small area of sidewalk in the subdivision is still pending.
- New Business:
- Nominations for officers will be accepted at September annual meeting. Election to be in October. Nominees must be homeowner of record, have dues paid current and have no current violations.
- Colors of trim paint on some houses was discussed and will be continued at the September annual meeting.
- Meeting adjourned at 7:45.
