  1. Call to Order - Mark Davis on behalf of Bob Eva (Bob Eva out of town)
    • Last Meeting at the school - will meet at the park for the next meeting
  2. Secretary's Report - David Hutchison
    • Reading of the April 2003 Minutes
    • Motion to accept by Gene Toni, second by Finus White
  3. Treasurer's Report - Joe Domeier
    • Dues Update (All but 33 homes have paid)
    • Brief Financial Update - as of Mar 31, 2003
      1. $654.47 for landscaping
      2. $687.50 - legal Fees
      3. $218.50 - Pond maintenance
      4. $141.13 - Utilities
      5. $39.90 - Internet fees
    • Assets as of April 30th
      1. Checking - $19,690.80
      2. Savings - $21,070.25
    • Motion to accept by Leroy, second by Gene Toni
  4. Vice President's Report - Mark Davis
    • Attorney owes VTHA a credit - incorrectly released a lien
  5. Committee Updates
    • Beautification - Russell Clarkson
      1. Benches installed
      2. Pond level has been raised
      3. One email concern of pond smell
      4. Working on the City to get the graffiti removed from the bridge
      5. Mulch delivered and spread around the swing sets
        • Need to rake through the mulch to remove the large pieces
      6. Have brochures for adding on to the playground equipment, soliciting input
    • Neighborhood Relations - Darren Spencer
      1. Welcome packets continue to be delivered in a timely manner, try to deliver in person
      2. Potential neighborhood garage sale
        • Enough interest that two neighbors volunteered to coordinate
        • Unanimous vote to subsidize the garage sale for approximately $150
    • Neighborhood Watch - Jim Weir
      1. Now up to five Block Captains, need 5 more
      2. Question was asked as to which blocks still need captains

    • ARC Committee
      1. Tom Laine, Travis, and Trey
      2. Motion from Joe Domeier to accept all three volunteers, second by Mark Davis
      3. Vote passed 6 to 1
    • Trailer at Pittsburg Place and Gum
    • Home with foul ball problem seems to have put up
    • Trash heap from the Boys Club was hauled off
